Companions from across the property industry have joined the 2023 Cannes Cannes Express and are travelling across France en-route to this year’s MIPIM. More than 23,000 people are anticipated to attend Cannes for MIPIM 2023, a 15% increase from last year, with delegates from more than 90 nations and 2,400 exhibiting businesses. This has been driven by an increase in visitors from UK, France and Germany, as well as an increased global presence, with delegations arriving from the USA, Canada, Brazil, Japan and countries from across the Middle East.As MIPIM remains the key global event to source capital for real estate’s core and emerging asset classes, 76 of the world’s top 100 investment managers, advising on €4 trillion of assets, are expected to be in Cannes this year.
Our group of 2023 Cannes Cannes Express Companion departed London early this morning and after a medicinal stop close to Paris Gare de Lyon station they boarded a high-speed TGV to take them to the Cote d’Azur in comfort.
